Return Policy

At Skincare K, we want you to be fully satisfied with your skincare ritual. If a product isn't right for you, you have 14 days after receipt to let us know. Unopened items in their original packaging can be returned for a refund or exchange. Contact our customer service team and we'll guide you through every step.

Essential condition: to be accepted for return or refund, the product must be returned unopened and unused, in its intact original packaging. For hygiene reasons, any unsealed, opened or used product cannot be accepted for return.

You have 14 days after receiving your order to notify us of your wish to return it. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the request.

The product must be unopened, unsealed and unused, in its intact original packaging. As these are skincare products, this hygiene condition is imperative: any unsealed, opened or used item cannot be accepted for return or refunded.

Contact our customer service by email, specifying your order number and the product concerned. We will send you the return instructions and support you at every step.

Once the return is received and verified, your refund is processed within 5 to 10 business days and credited to the payment method used for the order.

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part: in that case, we cover the full cost.
