Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Standard delivery takes 2 to 4 business days, free from €100 of purchase (otherwise €4.90). Express delivery is available within 1 to 2 business days.
You have 14 days after receipt to return an unopened product in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, opened products cannot be accepted. Contact our customer service to receive your return label.

Yes, we ship throughout the European Union as well as to several non-EU countries. Times and costs vary depending on the destination and are displayed at checkout. Any customs fees remain the responsibility of the recipient outside the EU.
